StarHub's brisk business keeps its technical team constantly on the move, installing new set-top boxes and cable modems for customers, troubleshooting technical problems, and responding to customers' request for assistance.

To keep their customers happy and to juggle a packed schedule, the technical team relies heavily on their fleet of motorcycles to move around speedily. Any breakdowns or lengthy repairs affect the efficiency of the StarHub team.

In 2001, StarHub looked to BHH's comprehensive maintenance services to keep their fleet of motorcycles in optimum condition with minimum downtime.

A monthly BHH servicing for every bike ensures that the StarHub fleet is kept in top condition, while a weekly check pre-empts any minor problems that could escalate into a breakdown. When any of the StarHub bikes breakdown, the BHH mobile rescue team speeds to their aid in less than an hour so that their technicians can get back on the road - and the job - quickly and with minimum disruption to their valued customers.

StarHub also receives monthly reports on the repair history of its fleet to give its management an overview of the fleet performance and service availability.
