Rental Rates & Models

Payment Methods
BHH Motorcycle Rental accepts the following methods of payment:
Cash, Nets, VISA, Master card and local cheques.
Cheque payments are to be made 4 days before commencement of rental.

Administration Fee
Administration fee of $15.00 is applicable for clients who rent for the first time with us.

Security Deposit
Security deposit is mandatory. The deposit amount varies depending on the engine capacity.

For foreign clients (Authorisation Only) security deposit may be processed via accepted credit card.

Security deposits made by cash will be refunded 3 weeks after the return of the vehicle. Such deposits are refunded by cash, cheque or bank deposit (for clients with a local bank account only).

Ban Hock Hin Co Pte Ltd reserves the right to use the Security Deposit to offset any outstanding invoices or fines incurred by the client. Please note that an additional S$10/- administration fee applies.

Please note that Rental Rates & Administration Fee are subjected to the prevailing Goods & Service Tax (GST).

Short Term Lease Advance Booking
Up to 6 weeks in advance. Upfront payment of 50% deposit required for advance booking. Non-refundable for cancellation

Rental Day Or Month
A rental day is defined as 24 hours as opposed to calendar days. For example if you pick up the motorcycle at 03:00 pm on Thursday and return it by 03:00 pm on the following Saturday, your rental period is 2 days.

Rental Extension
Clients who wish to extend their rental period must contact us at least 24 hours before the expiry of the rental agreement.

Payment is to be made in advance prior to commencement of extension.

Early Return
There is no refund for the number of days unused should the client return the motorcycle early.

Standard Motorcycle Insurance
Equivalent Comprehensive Motorcycle insurance cover is included in the rental rates. In the event of an accident, the client is liable for a maximum amount of $750 and a $150 administration fee.

Helmets
Customers are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort. Each rental of helmet will be charge at $10.00 (Max 2 helmets per rental of bike). For purchasing a new helmet from us, please refer to the display in our office for helmet models available or visit our website at www.bhh.com.sg

Rear Storage Compartment
All motorcycles or scooters rented come with a rear compartment box. Size of box is subject to availability.

Fuel
All rental motorcycles and scooters come with a full tank of petrol. The rented vehicle is to be returned with full petrol. In the event that the vehicles are returned without a full tank of petrol, BHH will bill the difference to the client.
