Are there any age restrictions in renting a motorcycle from you?
Clients must be above the age of 21 in order to rent a motorcycle.

Can we travel to Malaysia or Thailand?
No, clients are restricted from entering into Malaysia. Clients are only allowed to ride the motorcycle or scooter in mainland Singapore.

Why should I choose your business to rent a motorcycle?
We recognize that you have a choice when renting a motorcycle in Singapore. However, don’t be fooled by the cheapest deal as it is likely to come with few catches! Remember, you need to know that you will be professionally supported if you have a breakdown or accident. You can rest assure that we have been in the motorcycle industry since 1970.

What happens if I have a tyre puncture?
While a mechanical breakdown is unlikely given the strict servicing regime our bikes go through, it is possible you will require roadside assistance arising from say, a tyre puncture, or worst case scenario, having an accident. We have onsite assistance on standby should you require. Our breakdown response time is within an hour anywhere in Singapore.

What are your opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Saturday 08:00am to 06:00pm. After office hour appointments may be made subject to availability.

What are Mobile Recovery team operating hours?
Our Mobile Recovery Team operation hours are as follows:
Mondays to Saturdays (8am - 10 pm)
Sundays and Public Holidays (9am - 8pm on Sunday)

Do I have to bring my own helmets?
This is your choice but we do provide helmets at $10 dollars per rental. But we encourage you to bring your own helmets for comfort. In addition, customers may purchase new helmet(s) from us. Please refer to the display for the helmet models available or click on the following link: Helmets.

What sort of driver's license would I need?
An International Driver’s License is preferred with your class to ride a motorcycle clearly endorsed. However, this is not essential. Your own country’s driving license will be fine as long as we can see that you are licensed to ride the type of motorcycle that you are renting from us. It MUST be in English. This means if it’s not in English and we are unable to read it or it is in codes without explanations, then we will require either an International Driver’s License or an official translation of the license from the embassy.

How many days or months in advance must I book?
We recommend that you book as early as possible. This will help ensure bike availability.

I’ll be leaving the next day and I have a very tight schedule, do you provide towing?
Absolutely. Arrangement for towing can be done in advance. We will tow the vehicle from the address given. There will be a towing fee of SGD $25 (subject to prevailing GST rates). All you have to do is to inform the hotel, leave the keys at the front desk and ensure that the vehicle’s petrol has been filled up.

What is an Electronic Road Pricing (ERP)?
Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) is an electronic system of road pricing. It uses a dedicated short-range radio communication system to deduct ERP charges from smart-cards inserted in the in-vehicle units of vehicles each time they pass a pricing point when the system is in operation. The pay-when-you-use principle helps make motorist more aware of the true cost of driving. This way, road usage can be optimised.

What are the ERP operating hours?
Mondays to Friday (except Public Holidays). It usually operates from:

  • 0730 hrs to 0930 hrs on the expressways and outer ring road areas
  • 0700 hrs to 1900 hrs for the Central Business District area
  • During eve of New Year, Chinese Lunar New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali and Christmas, it operates to 1300 hrs. ERP is not in operation on Saturdays (except for Orchard Road), Sundays and public holidays.
