“ I believe strongly that one must have good, reliable transport as means of transportation. Ban Hock Hin(BHH), has taken the risk at a small premium to ensure that there is minimum breakdown and the owner has peace of mind. It further undertakes repair of all mechanical damages for free. The problem of cost of repair is further reduced, dramatically.

In 2001, I was looking for a product that forms a investment not a liability .BHH provided me with Comprehensive Maintenance Plan/Program and I call it a "Constructive Management Plan". This product did not make a hole in my pocket to activate or process CMP.

I had several breakdowns and BHH's mobile team was readily available on site to rescue me within the hour. I believe they were obligated to the terms and conditions
as stipulated in the CMP contract.

In late 2003, my medical condition worsens and BHH was again to my rescue. The technicians now even go the extra mile to service my bike to ensure that my motor bikes (scooter) is at its optimum performance and the risk of breakdown is further reduced (very sporadically or it is negligible).

In summary, condition of bike is very important because it affects your safety as whole. It is even advocated in Defensive Driving course that condition of bike and the rider is paramount important. It is not insurance plan but a tool of investment. I am happy with the plan. ”
